New Construction
When you’re ready to start from scratch, Sockness Builders, Inc. can be your first call. We meet with clients to talk about what they are looking for in a new home and we can start brainstorming right on the spot. From sketching out ideas to talking about how your home could fit on your lot, we want to partner with you from the beginning.
Remodeling
We’re not a contractor who just builds new homes. We specialize in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, or any room in your home. We add room additions, three season rooms, garages, we finish basements, and we can even give you ideas to improve your home’s energy efficiency. We know the importance of creating spaces that fit your lifestyle, and we cater to those remodel clients who appreciate quality craftsmanship and design.

Investing in your home is a big deal. That's why it's just as important to us too. We're a part of your team and we are always available to answer your questions along the way. Jon prides himself on being an on-the-job contractor. That means he's out on the jobsite making sure things get done exactly the way you want them to. Whether we’re remodeling your existing home or building a brand new one, we pride ourselves on making sure that our clients are informed, excited, and confident in their building experience.
